text-align: center;">”国际劳动节</span>假日将至，为加强市场价格秩序监管，维护庐山市良好文化旅游城市形象，保障旅游消费者的合法权益，切实营造安全放心的消费环境，防止价格违法行为，现就规范价格行为告知如下：</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">一、严格遵守法律法规</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">各经营者应严格遵守《中华人民共和国价格法》《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》等法律法规规章，自觉维护市场价格秩序，遵循公平、合法、诚信的定价原则，为消费者提供价格合理的商品和服务。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">二、规范明码标价行为</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">1.住宿行业：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">各宾馆、民宿经营单位，要做好客房价格、餐饮服务、配套设施使用等项目的明码标价和收费公示工作。严格履行价格承诺，不得在预订订单生效后单方面毁约、擅自提高价格，不得价外加价，不得收取任何未予标示的费用。严禁出现节假日前恶意涨价，严禁捏造、散布涨价信息，哄抬客房价格。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2.餐饮行业：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">菜品、酒水等必须明码标价，不得使用“时价”等模糊语言标示价格，应明确标明当日价格或当时价格。不得使用欺骗性或者误导性的语言、文字、计量单位等诱导消费者进行交易。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">3.停车场等服务行业：</span></strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">严格执行明码标价制度，公示收费标准、计费方式等信息，不得擅自提高收费标准。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">三、禁止价格欺诈行为</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">1.不得相互串通，操纵市场价格，扰乱市场价格秩序。不得通过协议、决议或者协同行为等方式，统一确定、维持、变更价格，损害其他经营者或消费者的合法权益。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">2.不得利用虚构原价、虚假优惠折价、误导性价格标示、不履行价格承诺等价格欺诈手段，诱骗消费者或其他经营者进行交易。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">3.不得巧立名目额外收取费用，所收取的费用必须在标价中清晰体现，保障消费者的知情权和选择权。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">4.凡执行政府定价或政府指导价管理的景区门票价格及交通运输服务价格，停车场收费价格，必须严格按照规定执行，不得擅自提价、变相涨价或提高收费标准，要落实政府优惠减免政策。各景区景点必须在售票处醒目位置设立收费标价公示牌，景区景点内商品零售网点、游乐设施、导游讲解等均应明码标价。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;"><br/></span></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">四、法律责任</span></strong></p><p style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;letter-spacing: 2px;">庐山市市场监督管理局将在云上心跳·2025庐山O₂音氧计划音乐节及“<span style="text-decoration-style: solid;
