normal;">菁菁校园育桃李，耿耿丹心写春秋。2008年，他怀揣着教育梦，走上工作岗位，自此扎根于教育事业。他在平凡的岗位上用付出与坚守诠释了热爱与忠诚。在教育实践中，他坚持面向全体学生,平等公正地对待学生,尊重学生的人格。他既欣赏品学兼优的学生，又关心留守儿童、行为偏差生，更是用爱心和耐心精心呵护学困生的身心健康，践行着“为了孩子的一切,为了一切的孩子”之初心。他身体力行，用接纳与爱陪伴孩子成长,通过提供个性化的单独辅导等途径，树立学生的自信心。有一年，他带的四年级班里新转来一个孩子，这个孩子自律性不强，有时上课突然站起来蹦蹦跳跳，有时上课期间还会犯困，有时课间嚎啕大哭、撒泼打滚，很少有孩子能跟他友好相处。他通过一段长时间的察访、剖析，渐渐和这个孩子熟络起来，并慢慢走进孩子的心灵世界。在他的积极行动下，这个孩子找到了自己在集体中的位置，也找到了自己的朋友，逐渐由他律迈向自律。后来，无论在哪里，这个孩子看见他，都欢呼雀跃、鞠躬敬礼。相信在往后清幽的岁月里，孩子定能自信坦然地活成自己的一束光，每一个柔软的日子都盈满芬芳。</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"><strong>二、因材施教,全面育人</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">既仰望星空，又俯首耕耘。在教学中，他遵循教育教学规律,切实减轻学生的课业负担,全面落实双减政策，从学生出发，灵活运用新的教育理念、教学资源，颇显成效。他精心设计课堂教学，因材施教，幽默风趣的教学风格让不同层次的学生都能在课堂上学有所获；课间走廊里，他为孩子们解答疑难，不厌其烦；林荫树下，他与孩子们促膝倾谈，诲人不倦；运动场上，他带领学生锻炼体魄，磨练意志，笑对风雨。他有个朴素的教育愿景，那就是静待每一朵花蕾的开放，让每个孩子都绽放异彩。他特别注重开发学生的潜能，重视发挥家校共育的合力，因而班级里涌现出许多特长生。每接一个班，他都会第一时间了解学生情况，与学生及家长近距离接触，并认真撰写手记，进行总结，力求找准方向，精准施教。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;">2019年，他班上有一位同学，被诊断为“自闭症”孩童。六年级还没有毕业他就不想来上学了，总是一个人默默地待在房间，有时甚至不吃不喝关在房间里一整天。尹老师没有放弃他，积极同孩子的父母进行沟通，发现孩子特别喜欢拼乐高积木，于是尹老师就在班级里布置学生在家拼积木并拍照发给老师。尹老师带着照片和积木多次到他家与他述说同学们拼积木的有趣故事，还邀请他和好朋友进行比赛。时光不负，孩子起初对谁都不理不睬，后来能温良地与旁人相处，再见到老师时，一家人笑意盈盈。</p></section><section normal;">师者如光，微以致远。他具有敬业精神,有强烈的责任感、使命感和荣誉感。作为一名党员教师，他深知：教师的言行对学生的思想、行为和品质具有潜默移化的影响，育人者须行为示范，为人师表。因此，他非常重视弘扬真善美,传递正能量，努力践行教师职业道德规范,严谨治学,潜心问道,教书育人。“命令只会指挥人，榜样却能吸引人。”他坚持以良好的师德赢得学生的尊重和信赖，以自身的言行和品格去影响学生，春风化雨，润物无声。</p><p normal;">有一回，他走进教室，教室地面上落了几片“雪花”，桌椅也东倒西歪。他径直向前，弯腰拾起一个纸团并挪了挪近前的桌椅。教室里骤然安静下来，随后孩子们争先恐后地拾起周边的纸屑，桌子也顷刻间变换了“队形”。这无声的对白就是一种不可替代的教育力量。升旗仪式时，他站在班级队伍前，肃立行礼，高唱国歌，孩子们就能严整有序，认真倾听；他每天细致批改每个孩子的作业并进行二次批阅，孩子们就能养成认真完成作业的习惯；他自费购买奖品，及时对孩子的表现给予一个“证明”，孩子们的自我价值感就能不断地获得提升；为了鼓励孩子勇敢表达，他主动申请学校一些活动的主持工作；疫情期间，他坚持每晚一场直播课，线上一对一反馈每个孩子的作业情况，用行动教会孩子们，不畏惧，勇前行；他积极参加社区服务、无偿献血、环境保护等志愿服务活动并把经历分享给孩子们，孩子的责任意识就能被唤醒……每一个细微的举动，每一眼深切的凝望，每一次全心的投入，只为“以一朵云推动另一朵云”。</p></section><section
